INTER-ALLIED EDUCATIONAL CO-OPERATION.: Memorandum by the Minister of Education.

Thirteen of the United Nations, namely Australia, Belgium, Czechoslovakia, Dominican Republic, Greece, Guatemala, Ethiopia, India, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Poland, have now accepted the draft, subject to minor modifications. Further replies are expected very shortly. As soon as twenty governments have commented on the draft, the Conference hope that it will be possible to have a meeting to consider the observations received, and subsequently to issue a formal invitation to the United Nations Governments to adhere to the new organisation.
