At their Meeting held on the 4th August (L.P.(44) 40th Meeting, Conclusion 1) the Committee decided that no new accommodation should be built for storage purposes. I think it would be unreasonable if this decision were held to apply to quite minor projects, particularly those which are essential parts of factories, camps, etc.
