I desire the advice of my colleagues on the following matter. 2. Under Section 35 of the Education Act, 1944, the school leaving age will be raised from 14 to 15 on April 1st, 1945, unless in the meantime I make an Order under Subsection (3) of Section 108 retaining the age of 14.
