The R.A.F. has its own plans for meeting emergencies within its own Service (e.g. if airfields or hospitals are put out of action or unexpectedly large numbers of casualties are transferred to this country by air), and owing to its relatively small number of specialists it could probably not give much help outside; but it would make what contribution it could.
