(c) If the soldier does not maintain a home but boards the children out with a guardian. (i) If there are 3 or more children - as at (b) above. (ii) If there are less than 3 children - children's allowance (as above) + 50% e.g. one child 9/6d. a week 2 children 18/- a week. 50% 4/9d. " 50% 9/- " 14/3d. " 27/- " War Pensions and Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme temporarily incapacitated by war or war service injury 5/for each child.
