Prices. preliminary discussions have taken place with the National Farmers' Union on methods of collecting data on the financi### position of agriculture and the application of that data to price fixing. The discussions have so far proceeded satisfactorily. 9. Drainage. Between the outbreak of war and the end of February, 1944, 54 main river schemes were completed in England and Wales and 107 are still in progress.
