of a war injury) not to have arisen out of and in the course of his employment in any other capacity". 6. Having regard to the interpretation which the Courts have put on the words "arising out of and in the course of" it would not be possible to regard every class of injury sustained in the circumstances outlined in paragraph 3 as satisfying these requirements. There would indeed be a real danger of a clash with the Courts if so wide an interpretation were placed on the term "war service injury".
