ANNEX I REVISED RULES FOR PLACING LOAD IN DESIGNATED AREAS 1. The Location of Industry Committee have decided to continue the policy of "designating" areas in which the demand for labour exceeds the supply and have laid down new directions designed to secure the more efficient regulation of the placing of load in such areas. The areas to be designated will be kept as closely restricted as possible both as to number and size. A list of the areas now designated is attached. PROPOSALS TO PLACE OR SPONSOR CONTRACTS INVOLVING ADDITIONAL LOAD IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
