At their 74th meeting on 9th December, 1943, the Committee had before them memoranda by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries (L.P.(43)261), the Minister of Town and Country Planning (L.P.(43)265) and my memorandum (L.P.(43)269). 2. They invited me (Conclusion 3) to inform the London County Council that a decision in regard to their proposal could not be given at once, but would be communicated to them not later than the 31st January, 1944.
