As regards the arrangements themselves, I suggest that the Government recommendations should be on the same lines as last year, that is, the ordinary annual holiday should be observed and on the occasion of public holidays, the following days, with suitable variations in the case of Scotland should, in general, be approved holidays:Saturday 8th April and Easter Monday 10th April.
