RESETTLEMENT: INDUSTRIAL TRAINING OF NON-DISABLED MEN AND WOMEN (Previous Reference: L.P. (44) 7th Meeting, Minute 1) 1. At the meeting of the Committee on 11th February, the Minister of Labour and National Service had been invited to consider whether the proposed statement outlining a scheme of general industrial training for non-disabled men and women released from war service could be amended so as to give a general assurance that care would be taken, in the administration of the scheme, to ensure that the needs of ex-Service men and women would be met.
