MONTHLY STATISTICAL REPORT BY THE MINISTER OF FUEL AND POWER. November 1943.

24 Dec 1943

-2- that of electricity stations 7,8% above the figure for November, 1942, though the temperature was 1° to 2° warmer this year than last. Industrial consumption, which had not yet been subjected to the cuts agreed to at the 75th meeting of the Committee on 13th December, was running slightly below last year's rate. Disposals to domestic consumers, however, were 54,000 tons per week below the rate for November, 1942, thus confirming my views about their requirements in the light of their increased cellar stocks.
