Many employers have joined organisations for the first time during the war and have thereby become parties to agreements. After the war many individual employers may leave their organisations. In some cases the organisations may become so weak as to cease to have sufficient standi### or authority to claim to represent the trade as a whole for the purpose of negotiating wages agreements.
