The withdrawal of young women from these Services and Industries without prior substitution and without any opportunity f###r consideration to be given to their individual cases, as with Civil Servants, would mean that in many instances important work which mu###t be done in the offices of these concerns to maintain minimum efficin### of functioning could not be carried out. In the same way in the c###se of the Industries mentioned, such as the repair of grain sacks, agricultural basket making and the seed trade, the withdrawal of yo### women from these trades without prior substitution would often mean that work absolutely essential to the food production campaign woul very seriously dislocated.
