5. I notice that the Minister of labour in his Paper contemplates the possibility of future call up from the employments now in question of additional classes. I think I should take this opportunity of saying that I am exceedingly doubtful whether, whatever happens to the 1923 class girls in the Civil Service, it will be possible to contemplate any further such withdrawals.
