In January, 1941, it was decided that the Committee should hold regular weekly meetings on Friday mornings, and that this arrangement should hold, unless a meeting of the War Cabinet had to be fixed for that time. 2. In recent weeks, for a variety of reasons, it has been found necessary to arrange meetings of the Committee on days other than Friday.
