6. These points can be summarised under three heads:- A. The timetable for the introduction of the proposed reforms. B. The central and Local Authorities. C. The religious issue. A. THE TIMETABLE FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF REFORMS THE PROPOSED 7. The advantage of the Bill, as drafted, is that the reforms can be introduced by stages. It will be seen that, unless a Bill on these lines is put on the Statute Book reasonably quickly, educational reform will have to be delayed till long after the war, as the following timetable shows.
