WAR PENSIONS FURTHER MEMORANDUM BY THE MINISTER OF PENSIONS I have given further consideration to the proposed mndment of Article 5 (2) of the Royal Warrant and I now umit the following wording in place of that set out in aagraph 12 of my memorandum of 25th June (L.P.(43) 148). ###s wording will obviate the necessity for revision of ###icle 5 (1) and if agreed I should no longer propose the nge to the positive form of expression suggested in aagraph 11 of my memorandum.
