ANNEX The following is the Declaration which it is proposed to attach to the instrument of ratification:- List of British Colonies, of British Protectorates and Protected States and of Mandated Territories administered under the authority of His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - (a) to which it is intended to apply without modification the provisions of the Convention concerning sickness insurance for seamen; (b) to which the provisions of the Convention shall apply subject to modifications together with the details of the said modifications; (c) to which the Convention is inapplicable, and the grounds on which it is inapplicable; (d) in respect of which the decision as to the application of the Convention is reserved.
