Paragraph 4 There has been no delay in consequence of the transfer of the whole of the constructional work of the Ministry Aircraft Production to the Ministry of Works. Paragraph 5 Maintenance work is carried out largely by "term" contractors. The Ministry has a complete network of maintenance contractors covering the whole country.
