7. 2. (c) All pre-packed foodstuffs must bear the name and address of the manufacturer or packer. (d) In addition to any brand names the wrapper must state the common or usual name of the substance of which the feed consists (e.g. if plain flour and baking powder were sold in a fancy container as "Golden Batter Mixture" it could not be labelled by the brand name only, but must also carry the words "Flour and Baking Powder.") (e) Any composite foodstuff must state on the wrapper the common or usual names of the ingredients from which it is made, those ingredients being listed in the order of their proportion, that present in the largest proportion being first named.
