-2- (v) (vi) munitions industries by means of an ordered plan and it should not merely be left to the Minister of Labour to call up or direct to other employment individual men and women. The President of the Board of Trade has undertaken to consider as soon as possible, in consultation with the Minister of Labour and the Minister of Supply, the best means for securing the necessary release of per- sonnel on an ordered plan from the industries suggested for immediate examination, namely, paper, light leather, wool and paint.
