and the Government Departments immediately concerned. It is further agreed that Greenwich offers unique opportunities for developing the project, provided that available sites in the vicinity of the "Dreadnought" Hospital are sufficient for the purpose. Such sites it is hoped to secure on reasonable terms with the co-operation of the Trustees of Greenwich Hospital. 4. It has been ascertained that, inasmuch as the present proposal is concerned with the provision of specialist treatment for persons who do not form part of the resident population of London, it can and should be proceeded with independently of any general plan for the reorganisation of public hospital services in the London area.
