COAL: Increase of Price Report by Committee of Officials 1. Following the conclusion recorded in L.P.(42) 66th Meeting, representatives of the Treasury, the Ministry of Fuel and Power, the Board of Trade and the Economic Section of the War Cabinet, were directed by the Lord President to consider and report on the two following items:- (a) The items of additional cost set out in L.P.(42) 234, distinguishing those which must be charged to the Coal Charges Account and thus reflected in the price of coal payable by consumers, from those in respect of which there were grounds Exchequer.
