Bearing in mind that the primary aim of any ###roposed restrictions should be to discourage unreasonable increases n domestic gas and electricity during the next six months, I uggest that gas and electricity undertakings shall be required to upplement the information they already supply to the Local Fuel verseer by giving him in future regular information of consumption n all controlled premises. The Local Fuel Overseer will then be n a position to compile and keep up-to-date a register showing the onsumption of each household with a separate meter since July, 1941.
