The attention of the Committee has also been drawn to a special grade of flour now produced in Canada and called "Vitamin B White Flour (Canada Approved)". This is stated to be a white flour which contains a high proportion of the whole vitamin B complex naturally occurring in the original wheat and retained in the flour in the process of milling. The Committee considered that if the proposal to add Canadian white flour is adopted, steps should if possible be taken to make use of this special grade.
