plans I should add that no additional saving in imports would be secured by the dilution of bread with potato flour, except in so far as the potatoes used for this purpose would otherwise be wasted. The potatoes from which potato flour is to be made will be drawn from the 800,000 additional tons of potatoes which it is hoped to obtain from the 1942 crop.
