REPORT ON EXPORT POLICY BY COMMITTEE OF OFFICIALS. We have been instructed by the President of the Board of Trade to prepare an appreciation of the target for exports in accordance with the decisions of' the Lord President's Committee on 27th March, 1942 and 15th May, 1942. 2. We are steadily working towards combined export programmes framed by His Majesty's Government and the United States Government jointly, so as to make the most effective use of the available man power, capacity and raw materials of the two countries.
