BOLERO COMBINED COMMITTEE (LONDON) EXTENSION OF DOUBLE SUMMER TIME. Report to Bolero Committee. Double summer time is due to end on 8th August. This was decided by the Lord President's Committee on 5th February last. The Lord President's Committee had been asked by the Minister of Labour and National Service and the Minister of War Transport to fix the period of double summer time to run from 4th-5th April until 19th-20th September.
