The estimated expenditure on this service in 1942-43, after deducting £5,000 to be recovered from parents, is £170,000, of which £88,000 will be met by grant. 2. If treatment were provided free for all children over the age of 2, the cost might rise to £650,000. D. Clothing for school children.
