GERMAN HOME FRONT POLICY. Memo. by Minister of Economic Warfare.

15 May 1942

In organising their country for war, the Germans have from the very start of the National Socialist Regime paid particular attention to problems of the He### Front. Since the beginning of the war, the restriction on civilian consumption and the regimentation of labour have become particu- larly acute and in the process of trying to solve some of the difficulties brought about by these restrictions, the Germans have been faced with a number of problems similar to those which appear important in the United Kingdom.
