U.K. PETROLEUM MINIMUM IMPORT REQUIREMENTS - 1942. Report by the Secretary for Petroleum. The Lord President's Committee at their 15th Meeting, requested Secretary for Petroleum to submit a further report dealing with following matters:- (a) The minimum requirements of petroleum products for consumption in the United Kingdom, on the basis that consumption was reduced to the minimum level consistent with the maintenance of the war effort. This estimate should also show the minimum stocks required in the United Kingdom to maintain United Kingdom consumption at that level.
