-2- Great If that view is accepted, the estimates for consideration by the Committee are those given in paragraphs (i)(a) and (ii)(a) of Part B of Appendix I, i.e. £20M. or £15M. 4. The question for final decision by the Committee is whether the increased labour cost should be calculated - (i) on the basis of the difference between 60/- and 48/-, in which event the amount involved is £20M., or (ii) on the basis of the difference between 60/- and the average of the county minimum rates, in which event the amount involved is £15M.
