Memorandum on the Questions set out in L.P.(42) 3rd Meeting, Minute 1, Conclusion (1). "(a) To what extent are the changes in farmers' gross receipts, in respect of different commodities sold off farms, affected by changes in prices and by other factors respectively ?" 1. Appendix B of the Memorandum by the Central Statistical Office on Farmers' Receipts, Expenditure and Net Income (L.P.(41) 224) gives the estimated value of produce sold off farms during the years 1938/39 - 1941/42. In the limited time available it has not been possible to do more than break down those figures so as to show separately the quantity of the produce sold and the average value per unit of the produce sold during each of those years.
