Ministry -2- Meat and Eggs. The output of meat and eggs must clearly depend to some extent on the quantities of concentrated feedstuffs, fodder and grazing available after the needs of the dairy herd have been satisfied. But in view of the difficulties of maintaining the level of imports, I ask for the production in 1941/2, and still more in 1942/3, of the maximum output of meat and eggs which it is possible to secure without prejudicing the required production of milk and the other commodities mentioned above.
