AGRICULTURAL PRICES. (Previous Re###rence: L.P. (42) 4th Meeting, Farmers' profits. Wages Costs. The Committee resumed their discussion of this subject. They considered first a Note (L.P. (42) 16) circulated by the Lord President in accordance with Conclusion (1) of the Meeting held on the 15th January. Officials of the Economic Section of the War Cabinet Secretariat and of the Agricultural Departments had examined, in consultation, the estimate given by the Lord President at that meeting of farmers' profits in the years 1940/41 and 1941/42; and the results of their discussions were set out in the memorandum circulated with the Lord President's Note.
