who can be fitted by a simple training for immediate employment conditions and does not course of vocational under ordinary working therefore serve the needs of the more severely disabled or of certain types of less severe disablement, e.g., medical treatment or who are shorter period - from working a normal output, or who, for any other reason, easily be fitted into ordinary industrial those who require continued prevented - for a longer or week or giving a cannot employment. It has been intimated publicly, that further measures are in contemplation and it there will be a demand for such benefit of those who have been service or by enemy action.
