Although the Group system would involve more limitation of choice, the range of foods to which entitlement is given would be sufficient to give satisfaction t the public. Workers with limited shopping time would be assured that they could obtain their fair share of each group and discontent caused by the fact that the shopper with time can obtain the cream of the stocks would be removed. The sche would involve the trade in an extension of their present organisation instead of imposition of a new system.
