ANNEX II. LETTER FROM THE WAR OFFICE TO THE SECRETARY OF THE PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE. DATED THE 23RD JULY, 1941. Reference the minutes of the 22nd Meeting of the Production Executive held on 15th July, 1941, item 3### concerning the discussion on P.E.(41) 119. The Secretary of State for War wishes to be associated with the Minister of Supply in connection with his expressed unwillingness to accept the further restriction suggested by the Chairman when discussing the detail of PARAGRAPH 3 (AND FIRST PART OF PARAGRAPH 4) of the Memorandum referred to.
