(41) 14th Meeting, Conclusion 2 (21)) I was invited to effect a 10% cut in the amount of motor spirit used by road vehicles under the control of the Royal Air Force. I have issued instructions that all Royal Air Force stations are to aim at a reduction of 10% in their consumption of motor spirit.
