8. The scheme would be administered by the Minister of Pensions as part of the existing scheme. 9. Men in the employment of Agricultural Executive Committees will be brought within an Essential Work Order, an outline of which (for England and Wales) is attached. A similar scheme for Scotland, possibly with some additional provisions, is in preparations E. R. S. H. Great George Street, S.W.1. 8th May, 1941. -2-.
