Principles to be followed in securing adequate and comparable statistics of the stocks of raw materials, semi-manufactures, food and animal feeding stuffs. Report prepared by the Central Statistical Office. In accordance with the directions of the Lord President's committee (L.P. (41) 13th Conclusions, Minute 4), the Central Statisti- cal Office, after consultation with the Departments concerned (Ministries of Supply, Aircraft Production and Food, Treasury, Economic Section of the War Cabinet Secretariat and the Prime Ministers Statistical Branch) submit the following report on the principles to be followed in securing adequate and comparable statistics of the stocks of raw materials and semi-manufactures and of food and animal feeding stuffs.
