8. Separate arrangements will be necessary to meet the Army's needs of soap. At present soap required for personal use must be purchased. The suggestion hs### been made to the Service Departments that, if general rationing is introduced, h### issue of soap shall be included in the Service ration. If this is done suppli### will be arranged by the Ministry of Food in association with the soap manuractu### 9. The needs of laundries, office premises, factories, public conveniences, e###. would be met by special allocation of soap in the same way as special arrange### are made in the case of tea to meet the requirements of catering establishments canteens, office tea clubs, communal feeding, etc.
