(g) The principles of the scheme might be applied also to tankers coasters, and small vessels. (h) The Ship owner to enter into a contract (i) to manage the vessel for the Ministry of Shipping during the War on the same terms of management remuneration as apply to other ships managed on behalf of the Ministry, and (ii) to buy the vessel at a certain price with delivery at the end of the War. (iii) the purchase price be the cost price less depreciation at the rate of X. per annum. IV This scheme would incorporate all the six points suggested by the First Lord of the Admiralty at the Meeting of the Lord President's Committee on 18th March 1941, viz; 1.
