(e) The administration of further schemes for rationing contemplated by the Ministry of Food and the Board of Trade, (f) A number of smaller schemes, such as the rationing of animal feeding stuffs by the Ministry of Agriculture, and the suggested control by the Ministry of Transport of charges for goods transported by road, These and other similar schemes, when taken together, will make very heavy demands on the available supply of personnel having the skill and experience required for this type of administration.
