###OAP (b) RATIONING. Su###ply of Glycerine. (Previous References: L.P.(41) 59th Meeting, Minute 1, and L.P.(41) 22nd Meeting. Minute 2.) 1. At their Meeting 59th Meeting, on the 17th December (L.P.(41) Minute 1) the Committee had agreed to recommend the early introduction rationing soap, which had of the scheme for already been approved in May (L.P.(41) 22nd Meeting, Minute 2). When this scheme was first discussed in the spring, it was recognised that it would involve some reduction in glycerine supplies, but it was thought that this could be made United States.
