Great George Street, S.W.1. 28th November, 1. The Committee had under consideration a Memorandum on this subject by the Minister or Food (L.P.(41) 195). The Committee's discussion is recorded in the Secretary's Standard File. The Committee:- Approved the proposal made in the Memorandum (L.P.(41) 195), and invited the Minister of Food to mention the proposal to the Prime Minister before any public announcement was made.
