(M) (41) 113.) (b) The Secretary of State for Scotland (F.P. (M) (41) 117). (c) The President of the Board of Trade (d) The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries (F.P. (M) (41) 120). In December, 1939, the War Cabinet had limited the production of whisky for the year 1939- 1940 to one-third of the quantity produced in the 12 months ending 30th September, 1939.
