A Report by the Chairman of the Man Power Committee (L.P. (41) 152). A further Memorandum by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, (L.P. (41) 153). THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE recalled that at the end of 1940 he had agreed that agriculture should be able to provide some 22,000 men for the Fighting Services after this year's harvest.
