(41) 18) and the Chancellor of the Exchequer (L.P. (41) 26) on the concentration of production in the consumers' goods industries. In the course of the discussion the following points were made:- (1) The procedure contemplated was as follows. Within each industry a first selection should be made of a number of firms sufficient, if working at full capacity, to produce, say, a third of the output desired.
